Ms. Crystal holds an associate degree in Nursing and Early Childhood Education, as well as a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Crystal has all the documents required by the Arizona Department of Health to serve as a Director of a Child Care Center.
We have provided parents peace of mind when leaving their child at My Little School Child Care in Phoenix, AZ since 2012. Our trusted center offers day care services for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. With us your child will be nurtured to become a well-rounded individual.

Originally from Mexico City, Ms. Pilar, has a Medical Dental Surgeon Degree and worked for twenty years in the health and education field. Ms. Pilar also has experience in the U.S. as a teacher for the Head Start program and acquired a Child Development Associate Credential along with an Early Learning and Development with Distinction Associate in Applied Science Degree. Both Ms. Pilar and Mr. Carlos, have a “Family Child Care Management” Certificate from Rio Salado College. Mr. Carlos is also a Private Pilot that loves to fly once in a while, and has taken courses at Arizona State University for a Bachelor of Science, Aeronautical Management Technology Air Transportation Management degree. He also has twenty years of experience in Customer Service working both in the United States and abroad. Now Carlos and his wife Pilar are very happy to contribute to early childhood development by providing quality child care and education in a healthy environment.
